Broadspire is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Disability & Leave to lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our Disability & Leave business. This executive role will shape business strategy, drive innovation, and strengthen our position as an industry leader.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute growth strategies that drive profitability and market leadership
Lead Disability & Leave operations, quality, compliance, analytics, and client experience
Partner with executive leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
Strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes
Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities
Serve as an industry thought leader with clients, brokers, consultants, and industry partners
What We're Looking For
Executive leadership experience within Disability & Leave services
Proven success driving business growth, operational excellence, and financial performance
Strong expertise in claims operations, compliance, and client management
Ability to lead large, high-performing teams through transformation and growth
