Senior Design Engineer Role
The Senior Design Engineer plays a critical role in the development and execution of innovative design solutions across various engineering projects. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality designs that meet bothclient specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process from concept through production, ensuring feasibility and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to define project requirements and specifications.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, specifications, and changes.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in design engineering or a similar role.
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
