About the Role
Position: RPA Business Analyst Location: Chicago, IL (100% remote role) Duration: 6-8 Months
US Citizens, GC holders preferred, NO third-party corp-to-corp accepted for this job
The role is a key team member for a new RPA pod serving a new client line of business based in California. Will work closely with the onshore Scrum Master/CSM and Client Program Manager. Study business process documentation, confer with business process owners and SMEs on the same, create PDDs, and test scenarios. Advise other development pod team members on process info, instead of business, during the design and development phases.
Must-haves
10 years of experience
RPA knowledge/experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in creating detailed PDDs and workflow diagrams (Visio or equivalent)
Nice-to-haves (any)
Life Sciences or similar experience
Experience working with a mix of onshore/offshore
Exposure to or experience with Automation Anywhere (AA)
AA Business Analyst certification
Basic JIRA
