About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for an Operations Coordinator in the Pantego TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executives calendar, meeting prep, and follow-ups
  • Capture notes, track action items, and support leadership meetings
  • Coordinate projects by tracking timelines, owners, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation
  • Draft internal communications, SOPs, and meeting recaps
  • Organize files, templates, and business documentation
  • Support meetings, trainings, recruiting, onboarding, and special projects
  • Monitor key deadlines, goals, and recurring business rhythms
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure accountability across teams
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with leadership, teams, and external partners
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tracking tools
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, follow-through mindset
Preferred
  • Experience supporting executives or senior leaders
  • Background in operations-heavy or fast-paced industries
  • Experience with project coordination, CRM systems, or process documentation
Job Details:
  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Employment Type: temp to hire
  • Compensation: $28-37/hr.
  • Location: Pantego, TX 76013
