About the Role

We are hiring for a Senior Payroll Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This role is open due to internal promotion. You will support a successful nationwide manufacturer and process payroll on a small, yet effective team. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Senior Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process weekly payroll for over 1,000 employees
  • Work with supervisors regarding corrections and adjustments
  • Transfer data from ERP system into ADP WFN
  • Calculate gross to net components and overtime using MS Excel
Requirements:
  • Three or more years experience processing large payroll start to finish
  • Higher education desired, but not required
  • Manufacturing industry experience desired
  • System savvy in MS Excel as well as payroll platforms
