LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company near Passaic, NJ, is seeking an experienced
Leasing Paralegal to join their team.
Responsibilities:· Preparing and modifying documents including lease agreements, lease amendments, service agreements, and other documents
· Tracking lease provisions and administration
· Abstracting leases
· Creating summaries and charts
· Handling correspondence including mail and phones
· Preparing binders
· Scheduling meetings and depositions
· Scheduling meetings
· Maintaining calendars
· Providing general administrative support
Requirements:· 3+ years of recent paralegal experience
· Real estate and/or leasing experience preferred
· Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
· Strong MS Office knowledge
· Excellent communication skills
· Very organized
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
CompensationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
