Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients in the Cincinnati area to identify a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience supporting purchasing, inventory management, logistics, production planning, or supply chain operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials, products, and information flow efficiently throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, shipments, and inventory replenishment activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to prevent shortages.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate supply chain, inventory, and purchasing records within ERP systems.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Assist with demand planning, forecasting, and inventory analysis.
• Support production and operations teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Generate reports related to inventory, purchasing, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or operations support.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods industry experience is a plus.
