Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Attorney Location: Portland, Oregon Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office/2 remote Salary: $140,000-$200,000 Employment Type: Direct Hire Billable Requirement: 1400 hours annually Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established Portland law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its collaborative business and real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated work, a manageable billable requirement, and long-term professional growth. The attorney will handle complex commercial real estate matters involving financing, acquisitions, sales, leasing, loan documentation, closings, servicing, workouts, and related debtor-creditor issues. The position requires experience representing both debtors and creditors, along with familiarity with federal bankruptcy matters. Qualifications:
  • Active and in good standing with the Oregon State Bar
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Experience representing both debtors and creditors
  • Federal bankruptcy experience
  • Strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience with commercial financing, loan documentation, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and workouts
  • Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with sound independent judgment
  • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
  • Strong employment history and commitment to client service
  • Ability to develop positive, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues

Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
