The Opportunity
You will play a vital role in executing high-quality residential, commercial, and renovation projects across multiple job sites. This role gives you hands-on experience across diverse tasks while working alongside skilled construction professionals. How You Will Make an Impact
- Construct, install, and repair residential and commercial structures using precision craftsmanship and field best practices.
- Execute wood and metal framing, finishing, and general carpentry duties according to project specifications.
- Maintain strict adherence to site safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and job site visitors.
- Collaborate with project supervisors and trade teams to ensure daily operational goals are met safely.
- Resolve minor on-site spatial or material challenges independently to avoid delays and sustain quality standards.
- Travel across project sites to support various building and renovation phases.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of related general construction or carpentry experience.
- Strong dedication to workplace safety, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to report to assigned regional job sites.
- Ability to perform physical labor and manipulate carpentry tools safely in field environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of carpentry experience.
- Prior hands-on experience in both residential and commercial building or renovation environments.
- OSHA 30 Certification
- MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) Certification
Compensation & Benefits
