HRIS/Compensation Analyst
Location: Pasadena, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Pay Rate: $40-$45/hour
LHH is partnering with a leading organization to identify a highly analytical
HRIS/Compensation Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity in Pasadena, Texas. This role supports compensation programs and HR operations initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, with a primary focus on compensation analysis, market benchmarking, HR data management, and reporting.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with large datasets, performing detailed analysis, and leveraging HR systems and advanced Excel skills to drive business insights.
Key Responsibilities Compensation (Approximately 70%)
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing analysis.
- Analyze salary and compensation data to identify trends and business impacts.
- Participate in compensation surveys and support pay analysis initiatives.
- Assist with compensation policy development and administration.
- Prepare reports and recommendations related to compensation programs and market competitiveness.
HRIS & HR Operations (Approximately 30%)
- Maintain, validate, and manage HR data across systems and reporting platforms.
- Support onboarding process improvements and HR operational efficiencies.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR systems.
- Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or related HR functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and large datasets.
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluation, and market pricing preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and adapt to changing business needs.
