About the Role

Bilingual Human Resources Generalist LHH has partnered with a growing organization that is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team on a 3-4 month contract. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting employees across a variety of HR functions and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, professional, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to both employees and leadership. Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS information is up to date
  • Support new hire onboarding activities and coordinate employee transitions, status changes, and separations
  • Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions, policies, and procedures
  • Partner with leadership to gather information, document concerns, and support employee relations matters
  • Coordinate payroll-related processes and assist with employee payroll inquiries
  • Support benefits-related documentation and employee record maintenance
  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
  • Maintain training records and support compliance, safety, and employee development initiatives
  • Help ensure HR processes remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations
  • Provide bilingual English and Spanish support to employees throughout the organization
  • Perform additional HR projects and administrative responsibilities as business needs evolve
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish is required
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of California employment practices and HR compliance requirements
  • Background in manufacturing, production, agriculture, distribution, logistics, or another operational environment is highly preferred
  • Strong employee relations and HR administration experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable supporting a wide range of HR responsibilities
Compensation
  • $28.00 - $32.00/hour
  • 3-4 month contract assignment

  • Fully Onsite

  • Office located in north county San Diego

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
