The Opportunity
You will deliver essential electrical solutions across high-impact commercial and residential job sites in the local area.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Execute safe, precise electrical rough-ins and trim-outs for commercial and residential facilities according to the National Electrical Code.
- Inspect and troubleshoot branch circuits, distribution panels, and lighting control systems to ensure code compliance.
- Coordinate day-to-day task execution with field operations supervisors to maintain steady project milestones.
- Mentor apprentices on-site by demonstrating proper conduit bending, wire pulling, and safety standards.
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to prevent structural conflicts during installation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure work zones to guarantee safety across every active job site.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active Journeyman Electrician license issued by the State of Rhode Island.
- Demonstrated experience completing complex installations in both residential and commercial electrical environments.
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively within an integrated field team.
- Thorough working knowledge of the current National Electrical Code and local building regulations.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed electrical blueprints and single-line diagrams.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 5 or more years of related commercial and residential electrical experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience coaching or mentoring apprentice electricians on active jobsites.
