About the Role
We are seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, multifamily, or industrial warehouse builds, and a proven ability to lead crews, manage subs, and keep projects moving efficiently and safely.
As Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader — overseeing daily site operations, managing field staff and subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and laborers

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures

Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager

Conduct daily jobsite meetings and safety briefings

Inspect work for quality assurance and adherence to plans/specs

Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to resolve field issues

Maintain detailed site logs and project documentation

Represent the company professionally with owners, inspectors, and third parties
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

Proven experience with hotel, multifamily, or industrial warehouse construction

Strong leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practices

Proficiency in field documentation, scheduling, and site coordination

Familiarity with project management and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)

Ability to travel throughout Arizona depending on project locations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
