About the Role

Human Resources Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity)
Location: Cranberry Township, PA Area Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday Hours: Typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join its HR team. This position provides hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and HR operations. Initially intended to support a leave of absence, this role offers the potential for long-term employment based on business needs and performance.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting employees and candidates, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate recruiting activities and candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Support candidate screening and recruitment administration.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team members on talent acquisition initiatives.
Onboarding & Employee Support
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding activities.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and employment paperwork.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
HR Administration
  • Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
  • Generate reports and track HR-related metrics.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes and HR projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Assist with compliance, policy administration, and employee documentation.
Systems & Reporting
  • Utilize Excel to manage, sort, filter, and maintain employee data.
  • Enter and update employee information within HR systems.
  • Learn and utilize HRIS and workforce management systems as needed.
  • Assist with routine reporting and data analysis projects.
Qualifications-Required
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR Administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting and filtering data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
