Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal) for its in-house legal team.
This role will support the General Counsel and attorneys on a variety of matters involving
trust administration, family office operations, corporate governance, entity management, transactions, and legal projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Support trust and estate administration matters.
- Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and entity filings.
- Assist with corporate transactions, investments, M&A, and due diligence.
- Manage data rooms, closing documents, and project timelines.
- Conduct legal research and support special projects.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of paralegal experience.
- Experience in trust administration, estate administration, family office support, corporate governance, or transactional matters.
- Strong document management, drafting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.
Highly Preferred:- Trust and estate administration experience.
- Family office, fiduciary, or high-net-worth client exposure.
- Corporate governance and M&A support experience.
