LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected, family-owned organization to identify a Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal) for its in-house legal team.
This role will support the General Counsel and attorneys on a variety of matters involving trust administration, family office operations, corporate governance, entity management, transactions, and legal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support trust and estate administration matters.
  • Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and entity filings.
  • Assist with corporate transactions, investments, M&A, and due diligence.
  • Manage data rooms, closing documents, and project timelines.
  • Conduct legal research and support special projects.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience.
  • Experience in trust administration, estate administration, family office support, corporate governance, or transactional matters.
  • Strong document management, drafting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.
Highly Preferred:
  • Trust and estate administration experience.
  • Family office, fiduciary, or high-net-worth client exposure.
  • Corporate governance and M&A support experience.
