About the Role
Truist Wealth seeks a Regional President II to lead overall regional performance, including client service quality, balance sheet strength, profitability, and risk management. You will act as Chief Integrator across Commercial, Consumer, Wealth, and other lines of business to deliver a consistent client experience.
You will manage Sales Leaders, guide region-wide strategy, and partner with executive leadership to respond to regional needs. Occasional travel is required.
