LHH is recruiting a Real Estate Paralegal/Title Company Manager for a Top 20 Commercial Law Firm with a sophisticated real estate practice, located in Cincinnati. Salary is commensurate with experience. The firm offers top of the line benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare title commitments, issue title policies
- Review and comment on titles and surveys
- Prepare closing documents, create closing checklists and assist in closing commercial real estate transactions
- Prepare deeds, memoranda of trust and other estate-planning related documents
- Assist in curing title defects
- Order due diligence reports and interface with third party diligence providers
