Compensation: $52,000- $60,000 annually

Legal Administrative Assistant to join our client's collaborative and fast-paced legal team. This is a newly opened position, and it is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the legal administrative field. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Open new legal matters and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supply orders and inventory
- Distribute daily mail and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Assist Legal Assistants and receive hands-on training for advancement
- Support Paralegals with administrative and clerical tasks
- Set up conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics
- Order lunches and assist with office hospitality
- Receive training on docketing and legal filing procedures
- Provide file clerk support, including document organization and archiving
Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience (legal environment preferred)
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in daily work
- Proficiency in standard office software and technology
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Interview Process- Round 1: Virtual interview with HR
- Round 2: In-person interview with Attorneys
Benefits - Medical: $500 deductible, 90/10 coverage
- HSA: Firm contributes $1,500 per year
- Retirement:
- 401(k) eligible immediately
- 3% safe harbor contribution plus match up to 4%
- 3.5% profit sharing
- Paid Time Off:
- 2 weeks PTO accrued immediately
- 3 weeks after 5 years (usable after 90 days)
- Transportation: Parking reimbursement or transit reimbursement (bus/ORCA/ferry)
